Are you ready for the next step in your career within Paid Social — and would you like to use your German native language skills to elevate strong D2C/e-commerce brands? We are currently looking for a Paid Social Specialist who will build, optimize, and scale campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn – with data, strategy, and creativity working in beautiful harmony.

 

About the role:

  • You will be responsible (with guidance from experienced colleagues) for developing, executing, and optimizing Paid Social campaigns to drive measurable results.
  • You will learn the craft: campaign planning, persuasive copywriting, test & learn, performance analysis, budget management, and scaling.
  • As our German specialist, you will be a key player for the DACH market. You will translate market knowledge, cultural nuances, and customer behavior into concrete paid social strategies and creative angles, ensuring that messages, formats, and landing pages hit the mark in German – every time.
 

You will fit right in if you:

  • Are German and have German as your native language (fluent in writing and speaking) – and can work professionally in English (Danish is a plus)
  • 1-2 years of experience managing paid media campaigns
  • Experienced user in Facebook Ads Manager with a strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Experienced in creating development plans and A/B testing structures
  • Strong understanding of Social’s role in the overall marketing mix
  • Have a strong writing ability: can write precisely, persuasively, and on-brand — and tailor content to German audiences
  • Are a clear communicator who can advise clients and colleagues, and present insights with clear “next steps”
  • (Nice to have) Experience with Canva, Shopify, Google Analytics, DataFeedWatch, Reaktion, Klaviyo, Drip, Active Campaign.
 

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop client-centric Social strategies to meet client needs
  • Build, optimize, and scale always-on + campaign tracks (audiences, messages, budgets)
  • A/B and multivariate testing of creatives, hooks, formats, landing pages, and audiences
  • Analyze performance and translate data into concrete actions and recommendations
  • Ensure the quality of German copy/visual content and ensure that creative assets follow local norms and platform requirements
  • Present insights and next steps to clients and colleagues
  • Collaborate closely with Paid Search, E-mail/CRM, SEO, and Creative teams for holistic growth
  • Conduct market research (desk research, platform insights, competitor and trend analysis) and translate insights into clear recommendations
  • Develop market analyses for Germany/DACH (audiences, customer behavior, category trends, price and message benchmarks)
  • Advise clients and internal teams on cultural differences, tone of voice, and local formats – and what needs to be localized.
